Drink Botanicals Ireland was founded in 2017 by gin enthusiast Laura McCarthy.
Laura spotted a gap in the Irish drinks market, as the gin trend was growing that there was no product available for a consumer to enjoy and make a luxurious gin and tonic or cocktail in the comfort of their own home.
Passionate about mixology, Laura wanted to create a product that allowed a consumer to recreate a premium gin and tonic at home.
Inspired, she set to work experimenting with botanicals. The Gin Fusion Kit was born – a kit containing the finest botanicals for you to craft your very own unique gin and tonic.
Building on the success of the Gin Fusion Kit, Drink Botanicals Ireland extended its product range and introduced the Expert Gin Fusion Kit and Cocktail Gin Fusion Kit to the market. These kits allow a customer to make up to 100 gin and tonics or cocktails at home.
In June 2021, Drink Botanicals Ireland launched a range of premium cocktail syrups. They are very different from what is currently on the market – they are pulp-based, contain natural ingredients, and are cold-produced to maintain their high mineral and vitamin content. As an accompaniment for our syrups, we also launched large wholesale jars of garnishes for bars, restaurants and hotels.
Drink Botanicals Ireland sees itself as a one-stop-shop for premium cocktail syrups and garnishes.
Their products enable consumers and bartenders to create natural, premium, great-tasting beverages at ease.
