Few chefs embody the evolution, confidence and creativity of modern Irish hospitality quite like Anna Haugh and we’re thrilled to announce that she will take to the stage at Hospitality Expo 2026, 10–11 February at the RDS, Dublin.
As one of Ireland’s most respected culinary voices — and a chef whose influence stretches across London, Ireland and global broadcasting — Anna represents everything HEX26 is about: ambition, innovation and leadership at a time when the industry needs it most.
A Chef Championing Irish Identity on the Global Stage
Anna is Chef Patron of Myrtle Restaurant and The Wee Sister Wine Bar in Chelsea, London — two venues powered by precision, warmth, and a deep connection to Irish produce.
Her career began in Dublin’s Cathal Brugha Street and L’Ecrivain, followed by formative years in Paris with Gualtiero Marchesi. London soon followed, where she led acclaimed kitchens for Gordon Ramsay before opening Myrtle in 2019. Her debut cookbook, Cooking with Anna: Modern Home Cooking with Irish Heart, further cemented her as a champion of Ireland’s food culture.
Today she is known to audiences through MasterChef: The Professionals, Saturday Kitchen, Morning Live, Sunday Brunch, and her own BBC series, Anna Haugh’s Big Irish Food Tour.
