All Builín Blasta products are born in the café kitchen, where the team first developed their now signature flavour profile built around slow smoked onions using a unique in house smoking process. This technique underpins their best selling Smoked Onion Mayo, a Gold winner at Blas na hÉireann and a Great Taste award recipient, along with an expanding range that includes Spicy and Light Smoked Onion Mayo,

Smoked Onion Salsa, dressings, relishes and chutneys.

With over seven Blas na hÉireann awards and a strong background in professional kitchens, Builín Blasta understands the real needs of foodservice customers.
